Adding Attachments to Learning Plans

You can add Resource Manager files as attachments to Learning Plans. You can add also files from your hard drive or network. If you are already adding a new Learning Plan and have clicked Save, click the Details tab.

Or

On the ControlPanel:

  1. Click next to Advanced Learning.
  2. Click Learning Plans.
  3. Use the Filters section to locate the Learning Plan you want.
  4. Rest your pointer on the Learning Plan, and click .
  5. Click the Details tab.

See Supported File Types for a list of file types you can upload.

Adding from Desktop

To add an attachment from your desktop or drive:

  1. Click Add from Desktop . The Upload window opens.
  2. Click Browse.
  3. Navigate to the file on your hard drive or network drive.
  4. Click Open.
  5. Click Upload. The file is added to the Learning Plan.
  6. Repeat these steps to add more attachments if necessary. The attachments are added to the new Attachments section. This section displays the Name, Date Created, and File Size for the attachments.

Adding from Resource Manager

To add an attachment from Resource Manager:

  1. Click Add from Resource Manager. A window opens.
  2. Select the name of the Resource Manager directory from the Directories drop-down list.
  3. Select the name of the file from the next drop-down list.
  4. Click Save.

Deleting Attachments from Learning Plans

You can delete attachments from Learning Plans.

  1. Click the check boxes next to the attachments you want to delete,
  2. Click Delete Attachments.
