Learning Plans Icons and Training Items Legend

LearnCenter includes a legend to help you understand the information on the Learning Plans table.

Icons alert Users to new items, items that are due soon, and items that are past due. If you typed a number in the Due Soon box on the Learning Plan Settings page, the Due Soon icon displays when the specified number of days prior to the due date is reached. The “New” icon displays the first time a you view the Learning Plan after a new item was added, unless the User has already completed that training item.
