You must grant the appropriate Appearance User Permissions to the Administrators who are responsible for managing the design of the LearnCenter. You can grant all Appearance-related permissions by granting the Edit LearnCenter Appearance User Permission, or you can grant or deny specific Appearance-related sub permissions as needed.

Edit LearnCenter Appearance |
Grant this User Permission to any user responsible for editing the design of your sites. It includes permissions to make changes to the header, fonts, colors, and images such as page markers. |
Edit LearnCenter Default Header |
Enables users to make changes to the LearnCenter Portal pages header, which appears at the top of every page. If you deny this permission, users will not be able to change the LearnCenter header. This permission is typically granted to Content Admins or the users responsible for the design of the LearnCenter interface. |
Edit LearnCenter Fonts and Colors |
Enables users to make changes to the fonts and color scheme. If you deny this permission, users will not be able to make changes to the standard LearnCenter font and color scheme. This permission is typically granted to Content Admins or the users responsible for the design of the LearnCenter interface. |
Edit LearnCenter Images |
Enables users to make changes to LearnCenter images, such as page markers and course Nav buttons. If you deny this permission, users will not be able to make changes to LearnCenter images. This permission is typically granted to Content Admins or the users responsible for the design of the LearnCenter interface |
