Inserting a Document Course on A LearnCenter Design Page

You can insert a Document Course, created with the Content Manager, on a LearnCenter Design page. On the Control Panel:

  1. Click   on the LearnCenter Design menu to expand it.
  2. Click Pages.
  3. Click Add Page.
    or
    Click next to an existing page to edit it.

  1. Click Content Manager.

  1. Begin typing the name of the Document in the Content Name field to display a list of Courses matching that name.
  2. Select the Document you want.
  3. Indicate whether you want to display the description of the Course by selecting Yes or No for Display Description.
  4. Indicate whether you want to display a thumbnail image of the Course by selecting Yes or No for Display Thumbnail.
  5. Click Save.

The Document is added to the page. Notice in the example above that the Title and Description both display next to the thumbnail. Users will see the Document on the page like the following example.

They can click either the thumbnail or the Name and Description to open the Document.

Users can then use the left and right arrows or the thumbnail carousel to navigate through the document.
