Managing Password Recovery Question Pools

PRQ Pools are groups of password recovery questions you provide to users to answer in order to recover their forgotten LearnCenter password. You can customize these questions to meet your organization's particular security requirements. Use these pools in conjunction with the Password Recovery panel on the Security Options page.

On the ControlPanel of the root LearnCenter:

Click on the Options menu to expand it.
Click System.
Scroll down if necessary to view the Password Recovery Questions (PRQs) panel.
Next to PRQ Pools, click the Click Here link.

You are alerted to the fact that you are leaving the System Options page without saving any changes you made. If you made changes prior to clicking this link, click Cancel, then click Save to save the changes you made in other panels. If you did not make any changes, click OK to proceed to the next page.

All active PRQ pools are listed on this page. You can also show pools that are Inactive or both active and inactive using the drop-down list in the Filters panel. You can view, edit or add new pools. You can also make pools active or inactive.

Button	Description
	Click this to view or to edit the name and description of the pool. You can also add, update, or delete questions from the pool from the View Details page.
	Click this to indicate you want to change the status of the pool from either Active to Inactive, or Inactive to Active, depending on which status type you are currently viewing. Use this check box in conjunction with the Change Status button.
