Viewing BI Reporting Report History

Reports are kept in history for 90 days from the time they were run.

To view report: history:

Click in the Action column for the report. A menu opens.

Click View History.

The following information displays on this page:

Last Run Requested - the date and time the User requested that the report be run (or sent to the queue). This information is available for both scheduled and ad-hoc reports. To view a report, click the link in the Last Run column.
Last Run Start – Indicates the actual time the report generation began.
Last Run Completed – Indicates the actual time the report generation completed.
Execution Time – Indicates the length of time the report took to generate.
Expiration Date - indicates the date and time on which the report will be deleted. If the column displays "0 Days" it means the report will be deleted in less than 24 hours. If you need to save a report for longer than 90 days, we recommend you save the report file to your own computer or file server. You can manually delete a report at any time during the 90-day retention period by clicking the check box next to the report and then clicking Delete.
File Info - indicates the file type used for the report output (PDF, HTML, etc).

If for any reason a report does not generate (perhaps it took too long, the queue was full, or there was bad data in the report), it will display as “Skipped” in the Last Run Complete column.

If a report does not execute, a notice is sent to the designated Admin to alert that person that the report was skipped. If a scheduled report is skipped 6 times consecutively, the scheduled report is automatically canceled.

If a delta report skips for any reason on one occurrence (the queue was full, a system error, etc.), but runs on the next occurrence, all of the delta data from the skipped report is included in the next report.
