Item Reliability Report

This is also known as the Kuder Richardson 20 (KR20). This report measures the test reliability of inter-item (question) consistency.

Access to this option is only available if you have been granted the following sub User Permission of the Manage Reports User Permission: Execute Item Reliability. See Report Builder User Permissions for instructions on granting or denying this permission.

On the ControlPanel:

  1. Click   on the Reports menu to expand it.
  2. Click Report Builder.
  3. Click next to Assessments/Surveys to expand the list.
  4. Click Item Reliability.
  5. Select one of the following from the Assessment Type drop-down list:
  1. Click Select Test Instances.
  2. Select either Containing or Beginning With.
  3. Type a portion of the Instance name in the text field.
  4. Select the number of instances to Display on the page.
  5. Click Search.
  6. Click the check boxes next to the instances you want to include in the report.
  7. Click Return Selected.
  8. Click Build Report.

Formula Used to Build This Report:

KR=(n/n-1) * (V-SUM (pi qi)/V)

Item Reliability Score Report Descriptions

Column Description
Instance Name Indicates the name of the test instance.
KR20 The Kuder-Richardson (KR20) formula is used to estimate reliability of a test.
