Class Status Report

The Class Status Report returns a list of students’ progress through a selected SCORM Course, including progress through all SCOs in a tree format. This report only displays results for Users with a LearnCenter Membership status of Approved.

Access to this option is only available if you have been granted the following sub User Permission of the Manage Reports User Permission: Execute Class Status. See Report Builder User Permissions for instructions on granting or denying this permission.

On the ControlPanel:

Click on the Reports menu to expand it.
Click Report Builder.
Click next to Courses/Classes to expand the list.
Click Class Status.
Select a Class from the drop-down list. The report builds immediately and opens in a new window.

Class Status Report Descriptions

Column	Description
Class	Indicates the name of the class.
Username	The User’s LearnCenter username.
Percent Complete	Indicates the percent completed of the class.
Date Started	Indicates the date the User began the class.
Date Last Viewed	Indicates the last date and time the User viewed the class.
Date Completed	Indicates the date the User completed the class.
Course	Indicates the name of the course.
Status	Indicates the status of the class. Completed In Progress
Progress	Indicates the percent completed of the class.
Mastery Score	Indicates the score for the class.
Last Chapter	Indicates the last chapter the User accessed.
Last Page	Indicates the last page the User accessed.
Highest Chapter	Indicates the highest number of chapters contained in the class.
Highest Page	Indicates the highest number of pages contained in the class.
Time Spent	Indicates the time the User spent on the class.
