Course Matrix Report

This report has no required parameters. It displays a complete list of users and the percentage of any courses they have completed.

Access to this option is only available if you have been granted the following sub User Permission of the Manage Reports User Permission: Execute Course Matrix. See Report Builder User Permissions for instructions on granting or denying this permission.

On the ControlPanel:

Click on the Reports menu to expand it.
Click Report Builder.
Click next to Courses/Classes to expand the list.
Click Course Matrix. The report begins running immediately, and the Report Manager page opens.
Click Refresh until the Course Matrix report completes running.
Click to view the report.

Course Matrix Report Descriptions

Column	Description
Username	The User’s LearnCenter username.
Percent Complete	Indicates the percent completed of the class.
