WBT Course Access by Date Range Report

Access to this option is only available if you have been granted the following sub User Permission of the Manage Reports User Permission: Execute WBT Course Access by Date Range. See Report Builder User Permissions for instructions on granting or denying this permission.

On the ControlPanel:

1. Click   on the Reports menu to expand it.
2. Click Report Builder.
3. Click next to Courses/Classes to expand the list.
4. Click WBT Course Access by Date Range.
5. Click the Include all courses check box if you want to include all courses in the LearnCenter.
   or
   Clear the check box and click Add Courses to select only those courses you want to include.
6. Click Filter and select the filters you want to use. See Using Filters with Report Builder Reports for instructions.
7. Click the Start Date field and select the start date for the date range of the report.
8. Click the End Date field and select the start date for the date range of the report.
9. Select any of the following fields you want to report on, and then click to move them to the right-hand box.

• Course Title
• Total Users

10. Determine the order in which you want the fields to display on the report by selecting a field in the right-hand box and clicking or to move them to the appropriate order.
11. Indicate if you want to be notified when the report has been generated.

    1. Click the Notify Me when the report has completed check box if you want LearnCenter to notify you via email that your report is available for viewing, and attach a copy of your report to the email message. If you select this option, additional fields display.
       or
       Clear the check box if you do not want LearnCenter to notify you via email that your report is available for viewing. If you select this option, the Do not attach the results check box and the Please select format of resultsdrop-down list do not display.
    2. Click the Do not attach the results check box if you want LearnCenter to notify you via email that the report is available for viewing without attaching the report results.
       or
       Clear the check box if you want the email notification and the attachment sent to your inbox.
    3. Select one of the following formats from the Please select format of results drop-down list:

    • Microsoft® Excel
    • CSV
    • Tab- delimited text files
    • XML

    The Please select format of results drop-down list only displays if you clicked the Do not attach the results check box. You can still view the report results in the Report Manager. The XML format contains large amounts of data and may exceed the 5 Mb file size restriction.

    4. Select the number of results you want to appear per page from the Display Records Per Page drop-down list.

10. Click Build Report.. The Report Manager page opens.
11. Click Refresh until your report has been generated and displays in the Actions column.
12. Click to display your report.
