New Thread Notifications

You can be notified when new threads are added to Forums. This is useful if you want to monitor what conversations are happening within a Forum. Once subscribed, LearnCenter sends you a Communication Message whenever a User begins a new thread within a Forum.

See Forums Communication Messages for the default message text. You can customize default Communication Messages on a per-LearnCenter basis.

On the ControlPanel:

1. Click   on the Social menu to expand it.
2. Click Forums.
3. Rest your pointer on the Forum you want, and then click .
4. Click . When you click the icon to activate the notification, the icon changes to . If you have a notification set up already, you can click the icon again to cancel notifications for this thread.
