Use filters to narrow down the scope of your report.
Use the following information to help you select the appropriate operator for the filter you are trying to create.
Type | Description |
---|---|
Equal to | Select from a drop down the value that the field should be equal to. |
Like | The text you type is anywhere in the field. |
Type | Description |
---|---|
Equal to | Select from a drop down the value that the field should be equal to. |
Not Equal to | Select from a drop down the value that the field should not be equal to. |
Greater Than | Select from a drop down the value that the field should be compared to, where the field is the greater number than selected. |
Greater than or equal to | Select from a drop down the value that the field should be compared to, where the field is the greater or equal to number than selected. |
Less than | Select from a drop down the value that the field should be compared to, where the field is the lesser number than selected. |
Less than or equal to | Select from a drop down the value that the field should be compared to, where the field is the lesser or equal to number than selected. |
When you have more than one filter, you will notice the options of And and Or display on the page. Choose one of the following based on what you are trying to achieve.
Type | Description |
---|---|
AND | AND states for you to get results but Filter #1 and Filter #2 must be true. Which means to get back records, the results must contain the data selected in both filters. |
OR | OR states for you to get results either Filter #1 or Filter #2 must be true. Which means to get back records, the results must contain the data from either one of the filters. |
