User Item Status Settings

Use the fields in the User Item Status panel to set completion status defaults for Learning Plans and to view the Completion Status Matrix. On the ControlPanel in the rootLearnCenter:

1. Click on the Options menu to expand it.
2. Click System.
3. Scroll down if necessary to view the User Item Status panel.

4. Click the Click Here link to view the Completion Status Matrix.
2. Click Return to System Options when you are finished viewing the Completion Status Matrix.
3. Click one of the following from the Overall Exempt Status drop down list:
• Completed (Default)
• Incomplete
• Exempt

The Overall Exempt Status only applies to training items mapped to Learning Plans.

5. Click the Show Exempt Status check box if you want to show the Exempt status for Learning Plans.
   or
   Clear the check box if you do not want to show the Exempt status for Learning Plans.
6. Click Save.
