You must grant the appropriate Virtual ILT (VILT) User Permissions to the Administrators who are responsible for managing VILT. You can grant all VILT-related permissions by granting the Manage Virtual Events User Permission, or you can grant or deny specific VILT-related sub permissions as needed. On the ControlPanel:

                     Enables users to set up LearnCenter for VILT events. If you deny this permission, users will not be able to set up LearnCenter for VILT events.  |

                     Enables users to view VILT events. If you deny this permission, users will not be able to view VILT events.  |

                     Add Host Account  | 
                
                     Enables Admins to add a new Host account on the Virtual ILT Settings page. If you deny this permission, Admins will not see the Add Host button on the Virtual ILT Settings page.  |

                     Enables Admins to edit the Enrollment Administrator Meeting Role field on the Virtual ILT Settings page, and the Add Enrollment and Edit Enrollment pages (when the event type is VILT).  |
