User Learning Plan Mapping Requirements

Bulk Loader enables Admins to manage Learning Plan completions. The Loader expects the following items to be preexisting for the User Learning Plan Mappings.

Bulk Loader does not support the use of past completions with recurring Learning Plans.

As a best practice with recurring Learning Plans, it is recommended that you do the following: First ensure that Users are not yet assigned to the recurring Learning Plans you are loading. Next, load their Course completions in date order; oldest to newest. Finally, assign Users to the recurring Learning Plans.

Learning Plan Name

Accepted Values	Any Value up to 500 characters in length.

Username

Date Assigned

3	C	Yes	Set the Users Learning Plan Mapping Date.
Accepted Values	The Date and Time format must be posted in the mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm AM/PM in 15 minute intervals format. mm = Two digit month dd = Two digit Day yyyy = Four digit Year hh = Two digit hour mm = Two digit minute AM or PM The date will appear based on the system setting The date will appear based on the system setting

User Time Zone

4	D	Yes	The Users Time Zone for the date assigned and Date Completed.
Accepted Values	A time zone posted in the LearnCenter format. The Time Zone for the User being mapped and completing the Learning Plan. The time zone will appear based on the system setting

Date Completed

Learning Plan Due Date

	If field is blank the user will given the default due date.
