Enrollment Communication Messages

There are several Communication Message for Enrollments. The default Subject, Body and Trigger information for each message is listed below. These may differ than what your System Administrator set up in the root LearnCenter. You have the ability to edit message defaults on a pre-LearnCenter basis. See Editing Communication Messages and Communication Message - Automation for instructions.

Some messages can be configured using triggers and some with multiple action dates. The following table lists all available messages, and their action date and trigger availability.

Enrollment Completion	Supervisor	Completed enrollment - [[Enrollment Name]]	User - [[User First Name]] [[User Last Name]] has completed the enrollment - [[Enrollment Name]] . Enrollment Deactivated	User	[[Enrollment Name]] has been cancelled	Please note that [[Enrollment Name]] has been cancelled. There is no further information regarding this event. [[iCalendar Link]]	Upon	Deactivation Date	Yes	This message is sent when an Enrollment Administrator cancels the enrollment.	Yes
Minimum Requirement Not Met	Enrollment Administrator, Supervisors, or any other selected Users	Minimum Requirement not met for [[Enrollment Name]]	The minimum seat requirement for [[Enrollment Name]] was not met upon closing.	Upon	Enrollment Close Date	No	This message can be sent to Enrollment Administrators, Supervisors or other selected Users for Enrollments with a minimum seat requirement that is not fulfilled when the registration closes. Notification of Nominees	Enrollment Administrator	New nominees for [[Enrollment Name]]	There are new nominees for [[Enrollment Name]]. They must be approved before they will be able to attend the event.	Upon	Nomination Date	Yes	This message is sent when users nominate themselves for an enrollment. It is sent to all Enrollment Administrators with Approval privileges. If an Enrollment Administrator nominates users from the Control Panel and does not have the privilege to approve them, it is that Administrator's responsibility to notify an Administrator who can. Pre Status Notification	User	Pre status notification	Dear User, This is your pre status notification.	Upon	Administrator Manually Sends	No	This message is sent to alert users of their pre status for an enrollment	No
Supervisor Approval	Supervisor	User approval request for enrollment [[Enrollment Name]]	-------------------------------------------------------- Comments from User: [[User Comment]] -------------------------------------------------------- Dear [[Recipient First Name]] [[Recipient Last Name]], [[User First Name]] [[User Last Name]] seeks approval for enrollment in [[Enrollment Name]]. Click on the link below to approve or deny this user. [[ApproveDeny Link]]	Upon	Pending Approval Date	Yes	This message is sent to Supervisors when a Users requests approval to participate in an Enrollment.	Yes
User Approval	User	Approval for [[Enrollment Name]]	You have been approved for the Enrollment to [[Enrollment Name]]	Upon	Approval Date	Yes	This message is sent when an Administrator sets a user's status to Approved.	Yes
User Denial	User	Denial for [[Enrollment Name]]	You were denied Enrollment to [[Enrollment Name]] by [[Administrator Name]]. If you have any questions, you may reply to this message.	Upon	Denial Date	Yes	This message is sent when an Administrator sets a nominated user's status to Denied.	Yes
User Event Registration Failed	Enrollment Administrator	Enrollment API Registration Failed - [[Enrollment Name]]	The user [[Failed User First Name]] [[Failed User Last Name]] has failed to register on the event server for [[Enrollment Name]]. Please view the enrollment users or administrators section for more information on this issue.	Upon	Failure	No	This message is sent wen there is an error in communication between LearnCenter and your Virtual ILT provider's server.	No
User Nomination	User	Nomination for [[Enrollment Name]]	You have been nominated for the Enrollment to [[Enrollment Name]]. You will be notified when an Enrollment Administrator approves you.	Upon	Nomination Date	Yes	This message is sent to Users when they have been nominated for an Enrollment.	Yes
User Removal	User	Removal for [[Enrollment Name]]	You have been removed from the [[Enrollment Name]] Enrollment by [[Administrator Name]]. If you have any questions, you may reply to this message.
