System Options

You can set certain global system options for the root and all sub LearnCenters. Access to these options is only permissible to Owners and Co-Owners of the root LearnCenter. On the ControlPanel in the root LearnCenter:

Click on the Options menu to expand it.
Click System.
Complete the fields on this page as needed. (See links above or click the Related Topics button below.)
Click Save.

Any changes you make to system options could have an extreme effect on how your LearnCenters react. System option settings affect the entire system. You should only edit a setting if you know exactly what you are doing, or if you have been instructed to do so by Taleo Learn Support.

From this page, you can set up the following for your LearnCenters:

Enable or disable available Audit Trails.
Enable or disable automation for some features.
Indicate how file access is handled.
Set certain multiple attempt rules.
Set up password recovery questions (PRQs) and pools of questions, or purge users’ PRQ data.
Activate certain report settings and determine the number of hours in which report files are purged.
Set up global sharing for various LearnCenter items.
Determine rules for username and password creation.
Set user item status rules.
View the Completion Status Matrix.
Set the User Workweek Schedule.
