Supervisor Accounts

Supervisors have the ability to perform some administrative functions related specific Users without affecting the rest of the LearnCenter. For example, you may want your Supervisors to be able to approve or deny self-Enrollment requests for their direct reports, but not other LearnCenter Users.

You can manage supervisors, their permissions, and the Users in the LearnCenter for which they are responsible. On the ControlPanel:

  1. Click  on the Users menu to expand it.
  2. Click Supervisor Accounts.

This page lists all current supervisors in this LearnCenter and the number of Users assigned to each supervisor. You can add new supervisors or change an existing supervisor’s permissions, Users. You can also delete their supervisor status.

Action Description

Click this to access a supervisor’s User Permissions.

Click this to make changes to the Users for whom the supervisor is responsible.

Click this to delete a supervisor. When you remove Users from Supervisor Accounts, those Users are automatically removed from any Supervisor Roles to which they were mapped. If you later make a User a Supervisor again, they are only added to the Default Supervisor Role. You will have to manually add them to any other Supervisor Roles to which you want them to belong
