Assignments

The Assignments menu enables you to view, add, edit user grades and assignments. You can also assign tasks to specific Users and monitor the results. From this menu you can:

The following User Permissions are required for this feature:

View Management Links (sub permission of Manage Options)
View Content (parent and sub User Permissions)

And the following sub User Permissions of Gradebook:

Approve Assignments
View Assignments
Add Assignments
Give Assignments to Students
Delete Assignments from Students
Add Assignment Notes
View Assignment Notes
Edit Assignment Prerequisites
Delete Assignment Prerequisites
View Assignment Prerequisites

On the ControlPanel:

Click on the Assignments menu to expand it.
Click Assignments.

All assignments that have already been added are listed. You can use the Filters section to search for Assignments by Name, Category, and whether they have been Added by Supervisors. Additional action icons display when you rest your cursor on an item in the list.

Icons	Description
	Click this to send a message regarding the assignment.
	Click this to edit an assignment.
	Click this to give the assignment to Users.
	Click this to see which Users have been given the assignment and the date the assignment was added or modified. You can also delete the assignment from Users using this button.
	Click this to add and edit assignment notes.

Click and then select an option from the drop-down list to perform that action against the item.
