Managing Virtual ILT Events

Once you have enabled Virtual ILT (VILT) and integrated with your VILT provider, you are ready to manage your VILT events.

The following User Permissions must be set for you before you can access any of the VILT functionality described in the following sections.

See Virtual ILT User Permissions for instructions on granting and denying user permissions.

On the ControlPanel:

Click on the Virtual ILT menu to expand it.
Click Virtual Events. The Virtual Events page opens. All virtual events are listed on this page. Notice there is an icon next to each event that identifies which VILT provider is hosting the event.

Use the Filters section to search for particular events. Additional icons are available when you hover your cursor over an event Name.

When you click the event Name, you can edit its properties and associated Enrollments.

Button	Description
	Click this to Host an event. Once the enrollment for a VILT event has been added, anyone with permissions to access Enrollments or Virtual ILT Events can host the event. Only one person may be designated as a host for each iLinc™ or AT&T Connect® event.
	Click this to copy an event’s properties to a new event.
